“I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at the Linger Longer Resort, in October. All kidding aside, I did want to linger longer but had to return to Los Angeles. The rooms are decorated so uniquely, I felt like was in a home rather than in a motel.  The grounds are also kept up very nicely. Your gardener/handyman was outside watering and cleaning every morning, making sure the property was kept in very tidy condition.  Of course one of the big highlights of staying at the Linger Longer is Clearlake which was right outside the window of my cottage. The pier/dock extending out over the lake from the back of the property, provided me with a beautiful evening sitting outside drinking a glass of wine. Then the morning brought the ducks swimming close to shore, while I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the pier.

I have been given a guided tour and found all the cabins to be quaint and comfortable.  I was also very surprised by the attention to detail and the thought that has gone into making each of the cabins feel like home. In the evening, I’d sit at the end of the pier, watch the fishermen on the lake and let the world drift by.  Brilliant!!”
